Even in a seasonal circumstance for e.g. Marketing events and Sales. This ensures that every email sent from our organization reflects our brand identity and conveys a polished image to our recipients.

We migrated from an Exchange server cluster to Microsoft 365. There was no company standard for signatures and banner management, if you can even call it that, was done through one of our webhosting spaces.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allows us to consolidate our signature management and standardize signature content based on up-to-date employee information and business unit requirements, from multiple M365 tenants. Our marketing department can now also configure temporary event-related signature changes without having to engage the IT department, streamlining the process reducing the workload of both teams.

Great Product and customer support
CodeTwo Email Signatures allow us to centrally manage end-user's e-mail signatures. It makes it easy to swap out images, change texts or schedule a season or event specific special signature for everybody, a specific group or single users. No more copy & paste errors on the user side, no more outdated or wrong sized images, no more wrong or broken hyperlinks ... The WYSIWYG editor is very well made and there is a powerful code editor for changing the HTML source if you so desire. It can easily be used by less tech-savy people and the result will look great.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.
- Connection to m365 tenant was a breeze, setup was very straightforward.
- Setup of multiple signatures using variables for individual user information out of AAD/Entra is quickly done.
- Defining rules to apply the correct signature to each user is easy and offers plenty of options.
- By using exchanges journaling function emails are being sent to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a first step and are returned to exchange with a signature. After that they leave for their final destination. This makes our mail archiving software save two copies of each outgoing mail. Its fine, but might be worth taking into consideration for the future.
- Templates for rules might be a good idea. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 could provide examples of the rules that most of their customers use.
- A dark mode for the website would be highly appreciated.

Big up work!
The main Issue most of our costumers have is not having time for a signature to design. In this case, we have an extraordinary program which kills this problem almost immediately. Sure there are more opportunities out there, but thats when the terrific CodeTwo customer Support is right at your side and shines. Short communication; very clear, patient and competent people helping out whenever they need to. Big up, recommendation is no question here.

CodeTwo Email Signatures - A good product!
I need a solution to deploy a standard email signature for all e-mail users. At the beginning we started with the on prem version and now we are moving to the cloud solution. It's very easy to manage and transfer all my configurations from one version to other. In both cases CodeTwo Email Signatures meets my expectations.

Easy signatures all day, every day!
When a customer came to us with the question for centralized signatures we immediately thought of CodeTwo. When sending messages from your phone or tablet it can be a hassle to add a nice and well-formed signature. CodeTwo does exactly that, without thinking about it you have the ability to always end your mail in style with professional signatures.

We use CodeTwo to have a consistent brand across all of our employees. With multiple locations across many states it is impossible to have an IT person at every location. By being able to manage 365 Admin data and then being able to manage signatures remotely, we are able to maintain a consistent brand across the entire company while being specific and custom where needed.

Great product, easy to use
We found CodeTwo when we were looking for a solution to streamline our organization's signatures. There were about four to five different variations people were using, so from a branding perspective it was important to us to have a similar look across the organization. Another important point was that some users required specific customizations for their signatures, so we wanted to allow that (additional email or phone information) while still maintaining a consistent overall look. CodeTwo fit the bill.

Get uniform signatures with CodeTwo for Office 365
CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is used by us to provide our customers with a uniform signature within their mail environment. Previously, it was a challenge for us to properly manage the signature, and we had to set this locally with the users. Using Azure AD Parameters, we can now create a single signature for the entire organization. In addition, it is very easy to manage if, for example, a new user needs to be added.

Great Email Signatures for Office 365
We use CodeTwo to implement signatures across our organization. We had a problem where we needed unique email signatures for certain departments and CodeTwo helped us apply these types of signatures in bulk. We can also automatically add in banners from the CodeTwo admin to market any services without relying on IT or staff to do it themselves, which can lead to stretched logos, etc.

We use CodeTwo email signatures to solve the problem of incomplete, inconsistent, and incorrectly created email signatures. CodeTwo email signatures enable us to create them centrally and distribute them to all users with little effort. In addition, to guarantee the signature design uniformly across the company. We can also implement promotions (advertising and campaigns) for short periods of time. A great product.

User-Friendly & provides clean signatures for our team
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures so that each member of our team has a matching email signature template. There are 8 members of our team that currently use this feature.
- They have had extremely fast customer service.
- Their customer service team puts in the work to fix any issue you may have.
- It is a very user-friendly application.
- One issue we have run into is that since we didn't have pre-sized images, they would sometimes appear larger in other people's email inboxes.
- You have to refresh the number of tenants often when you make changes to signatures.
- Sometimes can be tricky when you have to work with the HTML code of the signature.

Great Value for Service and Easy to Use
CodeTwo offers a very streamlined experience, easy integration, and little to no maintenance. It's the very best tool I could find to centrally manage email signatures for Office 365 users. It gives a lot of customisation options, pre-bundled templates, and other tools. The best part is that, when you create a new Office 365 account, the only thing you'll have to worry about is filling in user details properly. CodeTwo automatically assigns signatures to new users when they send their very first email. When any detail changes, signatures are updated automatically. Outstanding!
